The DEFY program was designed for anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey anywhere in the world with a coaching staff by your side.
DEFY:
You will receive a daily warm-up, workout and cool down that is able to be scaled and modified whether you have no equipment, stuck in a hotel somewhere, or have access to a full gym and just need to be told what to do. Stretching and mobility work will also be included throughout the week.
The workouts will be posted 7x/week on midnight the day before so you will always see today's workout and tomorrow's. We recommend that you take 2x rest days each week. Our programming allows YOU to choose which days those are.
All of the workouts will include a video demonstrating how the workout will be done alongside a video for each movement that provides in detail the correct way to set-up and perform the movements along with the common mistakes and ways to scale and modify the movement effectively.
DEFY also includes modified workouts if you have no equipment available.
